> 6 thin slices smoked ham
> 24 oysters

Saute ham in frying pan until well browned. Pour drippings into another pan. Pan-fry oysters in drippings for 5 minutes. Put ham on hot platter; top with oysters. Pour over Hollandaise or thick cream sauce; garnish with lemon slices.
